What did I volunteer for, again?
Apr. 3rd, 2008 09:37 amSo, we're at the PTO (our PTA) meeting last night, and they're talking about needing new people to do some of the work next year.
"I'd be happy to help out," I said.
This morning when I dropped Anya off, Debbie, the school's director, said, "It's our new President!" and hugged me.
Perhaps someone will run against me and I'll lose? At any rate, I couldn't do worse than the extremely high-strung Co-President this year. If I do somehow wind up President, fear me!

mrs__smith was Anya's teacher, and Monster and Gabriel were in class with Caillou, Little Bill, and a bunch of other cartoon characters of appropriate age. I helped Emily Elizabeth with flashcards.
